Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for 200+ employees across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS)
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software including printers, servers, and security tools
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles for team scalability
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve complex technical escalations
- Conduct cybersecurity awareness training and enforce compliance protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or help desk environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent technical expertise
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and Active Directory management
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and remote support tools
