Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues with minimal supervision
- Deploy and maintain desktop/laptop systems, peripherals, and mobile devices
- Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate knowledge base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Train end-users on technology best practices and new systems
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or equivalent experience (3+ years)
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud services (O365/AWS)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and remote support tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot under pressure
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Valid driver's license and willingness for occasional on-site visits
