Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for 200+ users via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Deploy and manage Windows 10/11 endpoints, Office 365, and cloud applications
- Resolve hardware/software issues with average ticket resolution time < 4 hours
- Implement cybersecurity best practices including endpoint protection and access controls
- Document SOPs and maintain IT asset inventory using ServiceNow
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service contracts
- Conduct quarterly IT security awareness training sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise IT support with Windows environment expertise
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
- Proficiency in Active Directory, SCCM, and Intune deployment
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network connectivity (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and ITIL processes
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment maintenance
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience required
