Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage Active Directory, Exchange, and cloud infrastructure (Azure/O365)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate asset inventories
- Train staff on technology best practices and security awareness
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service contracts
- Lead IT projects including system upgrades and migrations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows Server, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and networking
- CompTIA Security+ and/or Microsoft Azure certifications preferred
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues
- Strong documentation skills and process improvement mindset
- Excellent communication abilities for technical/non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing IT budgets and vendor relationships
