Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Diagnose and fix hardware, software, and network problems for end-users in a timely and efficient manner.
- Service Desk Management: Manage incoming IT tickets using our ticketing system (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and ensure SLAs are met.
- Device Management: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
- Network Administration: Assist in the administration and maintenance of local area networks (LAN) and Wi-Fi connectivity.
- Security and Compliance: Assist in the deployment of security patches and antivirus updates to protect company assets.
- User Training: Provide guidance and training to staff on new software tools and IT best practices.
- On-Site Support: Perform regular on-site visits to resolve complex technical issues and perform hardware maintenance.
Qualifications
- Certification: CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent technical experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in IT support, help desk, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed for critical deployments.
