Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS systems with zero-touch automation
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud infrastructure
- Document SOPs and create technical knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on vulnerability remediation
- Support 50+ remote users with VPN and endpoint security
- Optimize IT asset lifecycle management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification required
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and SCCM
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash)
- Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM platforms
- CCNA or equivalent networking certification preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
