Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users in a timely manner.
- Manage and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and mobile devices (laptops, printers).
- Configure and troubleshoot Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
- Provide remote and in-person technical support, ensuring high user satisfaction.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and security checks to maintain system integrity.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve existing workflows.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPNs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certifications are a plus but not required.
