Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, cloud infrastructure, and endpoint security protocols
- Delve user training and documentation for new IT systems
- Collaborate with vendors to procure and deploy IT assets
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Implement cybersecurity best practices including MFA and data encryption
- Support AV conferencing systems and hybrid work infrastructure
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in corporate environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications or equivalent technical expertise
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and SCCM
- Strong problem-solving abilities with systematic troubleshooting methodology
- Excellent communication skills for technical/non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and ITIL processes
- Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced startup environments
