Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and on-site assistance.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Manage and maintain the IT asset inventory and utilize help desk ticketing systems efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to data security protocols and company IT policies.
- Collaborate with the network engineering team to resolve connectivity and server issues.
- Conduct regular system maintenance and updates to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in IT support or a help desk environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing software (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tickets and work independently under pressure.
