Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for 200+ users across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud infrastructure deployments
- Diagnose hardware/software issues via ticketing system (Jira) and remote access
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document SOPs and create user training materials
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Lead cross-departmental IT projects on schedule
Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise IT support with Windows Server/Active Directory expertise
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications required
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing and ITIL frameworks
- Strong communication skills for technical/non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Ability to lift 30lbs for hardware deployments
