Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems across 200+ employees
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Deploy and maintain endpoint security solutions including EDR and MDM platforms
- Lead incident response procedures with Jira/ServiceNow ticketing systems
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles for self-service support
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and software licensing
- Conduct quarterly IT security awareness training sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise-level IT support experience with Windows 10/11 and macOS
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and SCCM/Intune management
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and VPN technologies
- Experience with VoIP systems (Zoom Phone/Teams) and unified communications
- Excellent troubleshooting methodology with root cause analysis skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with SLA-driven deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
