Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues with efficiency and precision
- Implement security protocols and maintain compliance standards
- Deploy and manage cloud-based solutions (Azure/O365)
- Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
- Train employees on new technologies and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Expert knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and SCCM
- Proficient in network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python preferred)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
