Responsibilities

  • Tier 1 & 2 Support: Provide top-tier technical assistance via phone, email, and in-person for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Ticket Management: Efficiently manage and resolve help desk tickets using Zendesk and Jira, ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Hardware & Software: Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
  • Network Maintenance: Perform routine system maintenance, patch management, and security updates to ensure system integrity.
  • User Onboarding: Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software for incoming employees.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with third-party vendors for service repairs and hardware procurement.

Qualifications
