Responsibilities
- Tier 1 & 2 Support: Provide top-tier technical assistance via phone, email, and in-person for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Ticket Management: Efficiently manage and resolve help desk tickets using Zendesk and Jira, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Hardware & Software: Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
- Network Maintenance: Perform routine system maintenance, patch management, and security updates to ensure system integrity.
- User Onboarding: Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software for incoming employees.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with third-party vendors for service repairs and hardware procurement.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is a strong plus.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking concepts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in IT support or help desk environments.
- Soft Skills: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users clearly.
