Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS systems
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud infrastructure
- Deploy and configure network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Provide Tier 2 support for VoIP systems and mobile devices
- Document IT procedures and maintain asset management systems
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service contracts
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct security audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification (or equivalent)
- Expertise in Windows 10/11 and macOS troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD
- Experience with SCCM or endpoint management tools
- CCNA or equivalent networking certification preferred
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize critical incidents
