Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems, printer malfunctions, and OS errors.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory administration.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Assist with software deployments, patch management, and system updates.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex technical projects and system upgrades.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Certification in CompTIA A+ or similar IT support certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tickets effectively.
