Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware and software issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems, printer malfunctions, and OS errors.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory administration.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and mobile devices.
  • Assist with software deployments, patch management, and system updates.
  • Document all technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex technical projects and system upgrades.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
  • Certification in CompTIA A+ or similar IT support certification is preferred.
