Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls via Active Directory
- Deploy and maintain desktop/laptop systems including OS installations and configurations
- Diagnose and resolve VPN connectivity, printer issues, and application problems
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of IT processes and solutions
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service escalations
- Conduct regular system backups and security patch management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficient in Active Directory, Office 365, and endpoint management tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network connectivity issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to train non-technical users
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work flexible hours during system outages
