Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Configure and deploy workstations, laptops, and mobile devices for new employees.
  • Manage and maintain the Help Desk ticketing system (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow) to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist in troubleshooting local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and internet connectivity problems.

Qualifications
