Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for desktop/laptop hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 workstations and enterprise applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve VPN, cloud services (Microsoft 365), and printer/scanner issues
- Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and security protocols
- Document IT processes, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance
- Support onboarding/offboarding workflows for 150+ employees
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience in Windows environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficient in Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and network troubleshooting
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote support tools
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
