Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues across LAN/WAN environments
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate ticket logs
- Train end-users on cybersecurity best practices and software usage
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support/help desk environments
- CompTIA A+ or similar industry certification required
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira preferred)
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize competing tasks
