Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, cloud infrastructure (Azure/O365), and network security protocols
- Provide end-user training and create technical documentation
- Deploy and maintain cybersecurity measures including endpoint protection
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service contracts
- Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance
- Support mobile device management (MDM) solutions
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in IT support with helpdesk/desktop support focus
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in PowerShell, SCCM, and Intune
- Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS/Azure fundamentals)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with hardware/software conflicts
- Customer service mindset with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site client visits
