Responsibilities
- Deliver Tier 2-3 technical support for 500+ enterprise users
- Manage Windows/macOS deployments and Active Directory administration
- Resolve complex network, security, and cloud infrastructure issues
- Implement ITSM best practices using ServiceNow/Jira platforms
- Lead hardware lifecycle management and asset optimization
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on vulnerability remediation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in IT/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience
- 3+ years enterprise IT support with SaaS/Hybrid environments
- Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune
- CompTIA Security+ and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner preferred
- Advanced troubleshooting skills across network layers
- Experience with enterprise backup solutions (Veeam/Commvault)
- Strong project management for IT initiatives
