Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and network security protocols
- Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure (Azure/O365) and endpoint management tools
- Create technical documentation and SOPs for internal knowledge base
- Lead cross-functional IT projects including system upgrades and migrations
- Provide advanced user training on security best practices and new technologies
- Monitor system performance using tools like SolarWinds and Splunk
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with Windows Server administration
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Expertise in Azure AD, Intune, and Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) for automation tasks
- Proven experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and ITIL processes
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
