Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud-based systems
- Deploy and maintain endpoint security solutions
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Support AV equipment and conference room systems
- Monitor network performance and system health
Qualifications
- 3+ years in desktop/server support with Windows/Linux environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software issues
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional site visits
