Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage helpdesk tickets using ServiceNow and prioritize incident resolution based on SLAs
- Deploy, configure, and maintain end-user devices including laptops, mobile devices, and printers
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team to implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Train end-users on new systems and provide ongoing IT best practices guidance
- Monitor system health and proactively address performance bottlenecks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in corporate environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Expert proficiency in Windows 10/11 OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote support tools
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- CCNA or equivalent networking certification preferred
