Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, and security protocols
- Deploy and maintain Windows/macOS systems across 100+ endpoints
- Diagnose and resolve VPN, cloud services, and connectivity problems
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Monitor system health and perform preventative maintenance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications
- Expert proficiency in Windows 10/11 and macOS troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, and Azure AD
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- CCNA or equivalent networking knowledge preferred
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours on-call rotation
