Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage and resolve help desk tickets via ServiceNow platform
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations and mobile devices
- Administer Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud-based systems
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate asset inventory
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on security protocols
- Train employees on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
- CompTIA A+ or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and Azure AD
- Experience with ServiceNow, SCCM, or similar ticketing systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software/network issues
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment maintenance
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license for occasional off-site support
