Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, cloud services (Azure/O365), and security protocols including endpoint protection
- Deploy and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, storage, and network devices
- Document SOPs, knowledge base articles, and incident reports using ServiceNow
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service-level agreements
- Lead IT projects including system migrations and cybersecurity enhancements
- Train staff on digital security best practices and new technology adoption
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in enterprise IT support with Windows Server administration
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications (CCNA/MCP preferred)
- Expertise in Azure AD, Intune, and Microsoft 365 administration
- Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Proven incident management using ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Strong documentation skills and ability to create technical SOPs
- Ability to prioritize critical incidents and work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
