Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional Tier 2/3 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Manage and maintain computer peripherals, printers, and mobile devices.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and software.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the Network Engineering team to improve system stability.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in IT Support or Help Desk.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and set up computer equipment (up to 50 lbs).
