Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across 500+ endpoints
- Manage Active Directory, VPN, and cloud infrastructure (Azure/O365)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Provide Level 2/3 support for network and server environments
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and VMWare
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP protocols
- Proven incident management and ticketing system proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
