Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Deploy and maintain end-user systems including Windows/macOS deployments
- Document SOPs, knowledge base articles, and incident reports
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service contracts
- Lead IT security initiatives including endpoint protection and compliance
- Support AV systems and conference room technology
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in corporate environments
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, macOS, and mobile device management
- Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certification
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira) and ticketing systems
- Ability to prioritize critical incidents and work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills for non-technical stakeholders
