Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to 150+ employees
- Deploy and maintain network infrastructure including routers/firewalls
- Create and maintain IT documentation SOPs and knowledge base articles
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and endpoint protection protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or equivalent experience)
- Expert knowledge of Active Directory, GPOs, and Microsoft 365
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network connectivity and hardware issues
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira preferred)
- Basic knowledge of cloud services (AWS/Azure) and virtualization
