Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, and network hardware/software issues
- Provide Tier 2 support for Microsoft 365 and cloud applications
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols
- Deploy and maintain IT infrastructure including servers and network devices
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and improvements
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
