Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Document IT processes, incidents, and solutions in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment repairs and software licensing
- Conduct cybersecurity awareness training for staff
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical bottlenecks
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud services (O365)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software/network issues
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) preferred
