Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and endpoint security protocols
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues using ticketing systems like ServiceNow
- Deploy and maintain Windows 10/11 workstations and virtual environments
- Document SOPs and create technical knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on vulnerability remediation
- Support AV equipment and video conferencing systems for executive briefings
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with Windows environments
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and SCCM deployments
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking and firewall configurations
- Experience with cloud services (Azure/O365) and hybrid infrastructures
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train non-technical staff
- Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one required
