Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across 500+ endpoints
- Implement and manage Windows/macOS deployments using SCCM and Jamf Pro
- Administer Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell/Python to streamline IT workflows
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on endpoint protection and incident response
- Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
- Mentor junior technicians and improve team knowledge base
Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications required
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Python) and automation experience
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network and hardware issues
- Experience with ITIL processes and service management tools
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
