Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across desktop/laptop systems
- Manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and monitor system vulnerabilities
- Provide end-user training on new technologies and best practices
- Document technical procedures and maintain IT asset inventory
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Support cloud services including Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in desktop/network support
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Active Directory management
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking and cloud technologies
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with hardware/software issues
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
