Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues across Windows, macOS, and cloud platforms
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and endpoint security protocols
- Document incidents, solutions, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for system integrations
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and compliance measures
- Train end-users on new technologies and system processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with enterprise systems
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Relevant degree or equivalent technical training
