Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Deploy and maintain endpoint security solutions (antivirus, EDR)
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for network devices (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Document technical procedures and maintain IT asset inventory
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service escalations
- Train staff on cybersecurity best practices and new technologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications required
- Proficiency in PowerShell, SCCM, and Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and network troubleshooting
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and ITIL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Relevant Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred
