- Develop predictive models using machine learning techniques to forecast market trends and customer behavior
- Collaborate with product teams to translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations
- Automate reporting workflows to deliver real-time performance metrics to department heads
- Maintain documentation of data processes and methodologies for regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven portfolio of complex projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design methodologies
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to translate business questions into technical solutions
- Certification in Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics a plus
