Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design systems and maintain design consistency
- Conduct user interviews and analyze behavioral data to identify pain points and opportunities
- Develop user journey maps, personas, and design documentation
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Stay current with UX trends, technologies, and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma (primary), Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience with user research methodologies and data-driven design decisions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and polished visual outcomes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
