Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize enterprise-level Windows/Linux server environments
- Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure with Terraform/Ansible
- Oversee network security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls
- Perform proactive system monitoring and incident response (24/7 on-call rotation)
- Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab
- Document IT infrastructure and maintain compliance frameworks (SOX, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to enhance scalability and resilience
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expert proficiency in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization (VMware/KVM)
- Certifications in CompTIA Server+, AWS SysOps, or Microsoft Azure preferred
- Hands-on experience with scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Proven track record in disaster recovery and high-availability solutions
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex network and storage issues
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
