Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Linux/Windows server environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Implement and monitor security protocols including firewalls, encryption, and access controls
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible and Terraform
- Diagnose and resolve complex system outages with SLA-driven urgency
- Optimize network performance and storage solutions for 10K+ user environment
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document system architectures and create disaster recovery plans
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in AWS/Azure and hybrid cloud architectures
- Strong scripting proficiency (Python/Bash/PowerShell)
- Active certifications (CompTIA Server+, AWS SysOps, or equivalent)
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record in high-availability environments
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with network fundamentals mastery
