Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our dynamic team at Nexus Digital Group. In this pivotal role, you will design intuitive, user-centric digital experiences for our diverse portfolio of clients. Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and define user personas.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Advocate for the end-user throughout the design process and make data-driven design decisions.
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership teams effectively.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design process.
- Proficiency in designing for both web and mobile platforms using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-designers.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively in a remote-friendly environment.
