Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and define user requirements.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma to visualize the user journey.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate complex requirements into elegant design solutions.
- Maintain and evolve our internal design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your process and impact.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
