As a Prompt Engineer, you will act as the bridge between human intent and machine execution. You will craft the instructions that guide AI behavior, ensuring our products deliver exceptional user experiences and high-fidelity results.
Responsibilities
- Master Prompt Architecture: Design, develop, and refine complex prompt chains and templates for various Large Language Models (LLMs) including GPT-4 and Claude.
- Model Evaluation: Rigorously test and evaluate AI outputs to minimize hallucinations, ensure factual accuracy, and maintain brand voice consistency.
- Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to fine-tune models and implement prompt-based logic into production applications.
- Documentation & Strategy: Build a comprehensive knowledge base of prompt engineering best practices and document optimization strategies for the engineering team.
- User-Centric Design: Analyze user feedback to iterate on prompts, enhancing user satisfaction and interaction efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computational Linguistics, or a related technical field.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, and architecture. Familiarity with Python or JavaScript is highly preferred.
- Writing Expertise: Exceptional command of the English language with a keen eye for detail, nuance, and tone.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex prompt logic and troubleshoot AI behavior.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
