As a Network Technician, you will be the backbone of our digital operations, ensuring seamless communication for our clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Install and Configure: Deploy and configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other network hardware to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex network connectivity issues, latency problems, and hardware failures with minimal downtime.
- Network Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patch management on existing network systems.
- Security Compliance: Assist in enforcing network security protocols and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Cabling & Infrastructure: Manage fiber and copper cabling installations, terminations, and cable management systems.
Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Certifications: Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in network administration or telecommunications.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in TCP/IP, subnetbing, routing, and switching protocols.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
