- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure design specifications are clear and implementable.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate design documentation and style guides.
Qualifications
- Background: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Design, Psychology, or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional UX experience required; we are looking for raw talent and eagerness to learn.
- Tech Skills: Basic familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch) is preferred but training is provided.
- Portfolio: A personal portfolio showcasing your creative process and design work is highly valued.
