Responsibilities

- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior and output quality

- Analyze AI responses to identify optimization opportunities and implement iterative improvements
- Document prompt engineering methodologies and train junior team members
- Stay current with emerging AI trends and integrate new techniques into workflows
- Ensure prompt outputs align with brand voice, ethical guidelines, and accessibility standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or applied AI development
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt optimization projects with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in GPT-4, Claude, or comparable large language models
