Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define user requirements.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma and Sketch.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure cohesive design solutions.
- Translate complex user needs into clear, actionable design specifications.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback during the design review process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- Experience with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
