Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Design intuitive user interfaces (UI) and seamless user experiences (UX) across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and technical constraints are met.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders, gathering feedback and incorporating it into the design process.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A strong, portfolio showcasing a variety of UX projects and the design process.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles is a plus.
